After watching the documentary White Hot: The Rise & Fall of Abercrombie & Fitch and conducting additional research, I began analyzing the brand’s history, the influence of key individuals, and the factors that led to its rebrand. The project also required exploring consumer behavior and brand loyalty to understand what drove its popularity and eventual decline.
